Founded in May 2004, the Software College is one of 35 national colleges approved by the MOE for the purpose of vocational and technical education in the
IT arena. This College provides with specialized industry IT education as a means
of addressing the lack of skilled individuals in this field. “State of the Art”and hi-tech facilities and laboratories, it provides an environment for nurturing and developing skills that are in high demand throughout the nation. The aim of the Software College is to become a top-ranking domestic IT vocational training institution.

　　The College has developed and fostered international educational cooperation for graduate and post-graduate programs with universities from America, Australia and Canada. Additionally, it has secured the rights to provide Microsoft certified courses and it has strategic alliances with several well-known domestic animation enterprises.

　　The College is based on a two year junior college system with diverse, selective and individualized multimode training programs. It adopts a curriculum in line with international practices and emphasizes practical and skill based training.
